Background and experience
Many

background in information technology, planning, management, and
publishing - and over time make use of our broad range of
services.Prior to founding Gloucester Systems, Catherine Bayliss was Director of
Technical Services at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, where for
fourteen years she planned and implemented new technologies and computer
support services.
In a previous career she was managing editor of Harvard University
Press and also held editorial positions at MIT Press, Harvard Law School,
and Houghton Mifflin Company. Her education includes a degree in English from Wellesley
College, postgraduate work in computer science and accounting, and
numerous management and technical courses.
Gloucester Systems has been in business since
1999.
